Terms and Conditions

Emails

I send account-related emails (such as order status notifications, password reset emails, and more) to the provided email address. For that reason I need to store your email address while you remain my customer.

I use the information in the billing/shipping address section and may send it to a shipping or payment method provider to:

• Determine what shipping and payment methods are available for your location.
• Complete the payment or shipping process via the provider that you choose at checkout when you submit the order.

I value your privacy, so the access to data is provided on a need-to-know basis in order to operate the store. For example, a supplier only receives your address if you ordered something from me and it is sent directly, so that I can fulfil that order. Review in full on the Privacy Policy page.

If you decide that you no longer want to use my store and would like to have your personal data removed from my database (or if you'd like to get all the personal data associated with your account that I have), please follow the link at the bottoms of received emails OR send an email to enquiries@dou-glass.co.uk.

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. I'm obliged by General Data Protection Regulation to let you know about this right; I never intend to misuse your data.

If you have opened a cart and entered details and then fail to complete order, the shopping cart will be marked as closed, and all details except emails deleted (refer to above regarding emails).

Postage

Delivery time is calculated in business days. Your product(s) will be dispatched after the payment is verified and then processed. All deliveries require a signature for tracking purposes, although this is relaxed due to COVID. Mail service is responsible for the goods during transportation, so please, open the package the moment you receive it. If any damage is revealed, let me know and we'll make claims against mail service.
