If you have opened a cart and entered details and then fail to complete order, the shopping cart will be marked as closed, and all details except emails deleted (refer to above regarding emails).
Delivery time is calculated in business days. Your product(s) will be dispatched after the payment is verified and then processed. All deliveries require a signature for tracking purposes, although this is relaxed due to COVID. Mail service is responsible for the goods during transportation, so please, open the package the moment you receive it. If any damage is revealed, let me know and we'll make claims against mail service.
